I HAD A TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE AT HONDA OF NEW ROCHELLE, IT WAS MY FIRST NEW CAR AND I HAVE HEARD STORIES ABOUT DEALERSHIPS THAT WERE NOT GOOD. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME TONY WAS THE SALES CONSULTANT, AND HE DID A GREAT JOB AFTER WE FIGURED OUT THE PRICE OF THE CAR. HE REALLY APPEARED TO BE CONCERN AND GENUINE . HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME THE DIFFERENT FEATURES ON THE VEHICLE. AND HE GAVE ME HIS CARD AND TOLD ME TO CALL HIM WHENEVER I HAVE A QUESTION. A FEW DAYS LATER WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE, ABOUT A SMALL ISSUE WITH THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT IF THE VEHICLE IS MADE LIKE THAT, OR IF IT WAS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE FIXED, TONY HAD ME COME IN AND WAS CONCERNED AND IS ACTIVELY LOOKING INTO IT. HE NOTIFIED THE WORKERS IN THE PARTS SECTION, THEY LOOKED AT IT AND REFER HIM TO SOMEONE ELSE. I SHOULD RECEIVE A CALL FROM HIM SOON. OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I GOT THE CAR I WANTED AT A REASONABLE PRICE. IT WAS A A PAIN FREE EXPERIENCE, NO GIMMICK, NO TRICKS, JUST PROFESSIONALS.
