Joe went above and beyond any salesperson I have worked with - what a pleasure! He started by greeting us at the door and promptly sitting down with me to discuss my exact needs. He was personable, engaging, knowledgeable, and all-around professional at each step of the process. During my test-drive of the Honda Civic, the conversation easily transitioned between friendly chat and details of the car. Then we sat down to talk numbers, which was less of a hassle than it has ever been for me. I told him exactly my financial goal, and he worked with me to the best of his ability. He always had a smile on his face, always looked me in the eye, and never regarded me as anything less than his top priority at that moment. My wife and I had a great experience!!! We've been dealing with Honda of New Rochelle for many years now. We've come to expect nothing but the best customer service and received exactly that upon turning in our lease and inquiring about a new one. Dave Larty approached us upon walking in the dealership with a wide smile and a hand shake. He was very pleasant, informative and professional. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. After a little while of running some numbers, with some minor adjustments, we came to an amicable arrangement and made the final transaction with in a few days. It was one of the easiest and friendliest experiences we've had with a dealer. David is a rare commodity these days. While he had the right balance of humor, knowledge and charm I would imagine are necessary qualities in sales. He was genuine, engaging, attentive and very friendly. As a customer I look for value in the products I buy and the companies I deal with. While Honda is a quality brand with a quality product it needs to be ran by quality people in every aspect of the business. David Larty is a quality salesman who adds to that value.

Service consultant at the service desk was polite and courteous. Inquired why I was visiting and took my info quickly and effectively. Once my service was completed he informed me that my service was actually a " NO CHARGE " since it was my first visit for my 5000 mile oil change. Also returned my coupon for future use. Informed my that everything was working and running fine, and that my car was in perfect running order. Service took about 45 minutes or so and I was very pleased.

Worst experience in trying to buy a car. Knew what I wanted, had a limited window of time, and Stefano tried to delay to negotiate. What a jerk. Very disappointed after reading good reviews.
